Project
Alfa Romeo GTV

The inspiration for this project is Milano. This city is a restless combination of tradition and misschievous youthfullness. A context that naturally suits the Alfa brand.

This front engine 2+2 compact coupe for Alfa Romeo is referring to the Giuletta from the 50's and the GTA from the 60's. The design is a reinterpretation of Alfa's values and emotionally driven identity.

The character of this car is based on a dynamic stance and classical proportions, smooth and subtle surface treatment without unnecessary visual noise.

A refined range of metallic colours enhances the volumes and surface transitions.

These sketches play with the proportions, surfaces and graphics, defining the right identity and character for this coupe.
On a similar theme, each sketch displays different graphics and balance. Stretching this theme in all directions helps defining its key components and finding the right composition.
On an Alfa, the tail lights ought to be jewels on their own, separate from the body's surfacing. They play an important role in the car's image.
